Mentoring & Coaching

A requirement in Montana is a mentoring program that supports new teachers in your district. Mentoring can be contracted out for new or veteran teachers. Mentoring can also be contracted for new principals or lead teachers in your district. Allison is a veteran teacher and administrator in the state of Montana and can provide excellent support services for your teachers and leaders.  Mentoring for administrators can be built around the needs of each candidate and your district goals and strategic plan. Such supports can be around teacher evaluation, meeting planning, organization of the school, evaluations of classified staff and much more.
